In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Biology to students in SMA (Senior High School) across various subjects such as General Biology, Molecular Biology, and Ecology. You will also be involved in curriculum development, assessment, and student support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Biology courses to SMA students, including General Biology, Molecular Biology, and Ecology.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and meet the unique needs of our students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding of Biology concepts.
• Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our teaching methods.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Biology education and incorporate new teaching strategies and technologies into your practice.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
• Attend and participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum for Biology.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
