📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management meetings.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and support staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
