📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of café staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance café performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote café events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in café or restaurant management.
• Proven track record in operational management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
