📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence to track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for innovation.
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams and customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
