📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all customs-related operations, including import/export clearance and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and trade laws.
• Manage customs brokerage and clearance processes, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customs operations.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with customs transactions, including duty, tax, and compliance risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customs processes and reduce operational costs.
• Provide training and support to customs staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs transactions and compliance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international customs regulations and trade laws.
• Proficient in using customs management software such as SAP Customs, C-TPAT, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
