📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory tests and experiments,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Record and analyze test results,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards,Support senior technicians in training and mentoring junior staff,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives,Assist in the maintenance of laboratory documentation,Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology),Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lab Technician or similar role,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment,Attention to detail and accuracy in test results,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
