As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all facilities are in top condition. You will work closely with our property managers and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of premium commercial properties in Canggu, Bali.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
• Monitor and maintain all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management for commercial properties.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software such as ServiceNow, Workplace by Facebook, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Bali is a plus.
