📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee vehicle repairs and servicing.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
