📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff on the use of the LIS.
• Monitor and maintain the LIS, performing regular updates and upgrades as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the LIS.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the LIS to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in LIS technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LIS management and support.
• Proven experience with LIS systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and laboratory operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Certification in healthcare IT or a related field is a plus.
