Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all banquet events are well-organized, timely, and meet the highest quality standards.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional experience.,Monitor event budgets and ensure they are adhered to, while maintaining profitability.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Experience with event planning software and technology.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs, as well as international standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
