Warung Tono Laundry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time position located in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, offering a competitive salary of Rp 15.000.000 – Rp 24.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Train and supervise junior baristas and cashiers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.,Promote our coffee shop and upsell products to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in managing a team and training staff.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
