Oversee and manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to secure the best rates and services.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of logistics activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
