📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
