📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions,Collaborate with department heads to understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
