As an Operations & Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in logistics, inventory management, and procurement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic logistics and supply chain plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end coffee supply chain, from sourcing to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retail partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement inventory management systems and tools such as SAP or Oracle to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics and operations professionals.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and logistics management, preferably in the coffee or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
