📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
