Hotel Putri Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support during employee absences and other HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth HR operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
