Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor restaurant performance against set targets and KPIs.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
