📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform audits on financial statements and other financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.,Review internal controls and assess their effectiveness in achieving the firm's objectives.,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify potential risks and ensure effective responses.,Prepare and present audit reports to clients, including management letters and management representations.,Collaborate with clients to understand their business and provide valuable insights and recommendations.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and apply them in the audit process.,Supervise and mentor junior auditors to ensure high-quality work and professional development.,Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the audit process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm.,Professional certification such as CA (Certified Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international standards (IFRS).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
