CNmy International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inspector of Works (CSA) to join our Construction Quality Assurance team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of construction quality and safety on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction inspection and a commitment to excellence in quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules to cover all aspects of construction work.,Identify and report defects, non-compliance issues, and potential safety hazards to the project team and management.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve identified issues promptly.,Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and site personnel on quality assurance and safety practices.,Maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection and quality assurance.,Certified Safety Assessor (CSA) certification is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.,Proven track record of ensuring high-quality construction and compliance with safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
