Precision Die Casting Technology Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, process improvement, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.,Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issues in our production processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.,Train and mentor junior QA staff to develop their skills and knowledge in quality assurance.,Analyze and report on quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision making.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and process improvement.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that their products and services meet our quality standards.,Participate in process validation and verification activities to ensure that our manufacturing processes are capable of producing consistent, high-quality products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and other relevant standards.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM.,Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools, such as Minitab, SPSS, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
