📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Promote products and special offers to increase sales.,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use retail management software.,Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
