📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales performance.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional management team to drive store performance and achieve company goals.,Promote and participate in company initiatives to enhance the customer experience and brand loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
