📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
