📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the food and non-food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
