📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team productivity and morale.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing a branch and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as CRM systems.
