• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
• Oversee the execution of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
• Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using data from tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Manage and optimize the agency's budget to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot are a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work with clients and understand their business needs.
