📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of baristas to ensure high-quality coffee is served to customers.
• Train and develop baristas to maintain and improve their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, equipment, and other supplies.
• Monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain a clean and inviting coffee shop environment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or barista supervisor in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of baristas.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
