📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive audits of retail operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in retail processes.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborating with retail managers and teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Monitoring the progress of corrective actions and ensuring their effective implementation.
• Providing training and guidance to retail staff on compliance and operational best practices.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal audit procedures and standards.
• Participating in cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a retail or operations environment.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and industry regulations relevant to retail operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
