📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies and improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Train and mentor junior staff on AR best practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in financial process optimization.
• Proven experience in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and internal control policies.
