📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff on the use of the LIS.
- Monitor and maintain the LIS, performing regular updates and upgrades as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the LIS.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the LIS to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in LIS technology and industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LIS management and support.
- Proven experience with LIS systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and laboratory operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Certification in healthcare IT or a related field is a plus.
