As a Cold Storage Staff, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the temperature and humidity levels in our cold storage facilities, managing inventory, and ensuring that all goods are stored and transported according to industry standards. • Monitor and maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage facilities using advanced monitoring systems and equipment.
• Manage inventory of temperature-sensitive goods, including receiving, storing, and dispatching.
• Ensure all goods are stored and transported according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of cold storage facilities to identify and address any issues.
• Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and end customers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems and cold storage equipment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold storage operations or related fields.
• Knowledge of cold storage equipment and warehouse management systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements for temperature-sensitive goods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
