As a Business Development Manager (MICE), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key clients and partners. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and strong networking skills to secure high-value contracts and ensure client satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the MICE industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and sales activities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to position PERSOL as a leading MICE partner in Bali.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the MICE sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the MICE industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
