Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed smoothly.,Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure that the project stays on track.,Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that all work is being carried out according to plan and to the required standards.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.,Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Lombok and Bali.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a work permit for Indonesia.
