📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, servers, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement food and beverage menus, working closely with the executive chef to ensure seasonal and innovative offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure efficient stock management and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the resort’s management to develop and execute special events and promotions, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to ensure ongoing skill enhancement and team cohesion.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the food and beverage operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant hospitality tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
