📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control using SAP and WMS systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Lead a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
