📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our auction services and attract new clients.
• Manage and grow our network of agents and partners, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote our services.
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the marketing team and management on the progress of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the auction or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
