📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver theoretical and hands-on training sessions to medical professionals, covering topics such as patient care, medical procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive simulations, to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of our clinical team.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to medical professionals, addressing their questions and concerns, and offering guidance on best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in medical technology, and best practices in clinical education.
• Assist in the development of new training initiatives, such as workshops, webinars, and online courses, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinical team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance patient care and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical training, clinical education, or a related field.
• Certification in medical training and education, such as the Certified Medical Education Specialist (CMES) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate a diverse audience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, using a variety of instructional design techniques and technologies.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
