📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the deployment of agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Provide technical support and training to local farmers on the use and maintenance of mechanized equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Monitor and report on the progress of mechanization projects, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement innovative farming technologies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in agricultural mechanization.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of mechanization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, suppliers, and service providers to support mechanization efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural mechanization, with a strong background in machinery deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using agricultural machinery software, such as CropMaster or AgriFarm.
• Knowledge of local farming practices and regulations in Bali.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in agricultural machinery safety and operation (e.g., ISO 3692 or equivalent).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
